This meetup group is for those individuals living in the Philadelphia area (including South Jersey & Trenton, NJ area) who are avid supporters of the Boston Red Sox. Members of this meetup loathe the New York Yankees and would rather support the Red Sox than the hometown Phillies. You don't have to live, eat, and breathe Red Sox, you just need to be a fan and understand that "Manny being Manny" is a way of life. Expertise in the infamous "River Dance" is not mandatory but knowing the words to "Sweet Caroline" could be useful. You think that MLB Extra Innings is the best thing since sliced bread. I could go on and on but I hope you get the picture! This meetup group is to have fun watching the Sox win back-to-back World Championships. We can meet at an establishment, someone's house, etc., etc. All ideas are welcome and encouraged! GO SOX!
